The Brio Building features 60 residential units ranging from studios to 2 bedrooms. The secure building has ample bike storage and is just steps from the riverfront recreation trail. The building is within walking distance to the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh, the Fox River, and historic Main Street attractions. All units are equipped with in-unit washer & dryer, dishwasher, and select units have balconies. Many of the units have excellent views of downtown, the Fox, or both! A limited number of our studios also have murphy beds. Ask us about fully furnished units! Brio is a pet-friendly property.

Founded in 2013, the Oshkosh Food Co-op is a member-owned, nonprofit grocery store with a mission to bring fresh local food to the heart of Oshkosh. Conveniently located on the ground floor of the Brio Building, it offers residents easy access to everyday essentials and more.


Everyone is welcome to shop the Co-op’s wide selection, including fresh produce, bulk goods, packaged groceries, local meats & cheeses, beer & wine, and a variety of ready-made meal options.
